About Us

From humble beginnings as passionate developers and home builders, we have grown into an integrated group of companies with big accomplishments and bigger ambitions. We design innovative homes, transform neighbourhoods and create communities that support family life.

Our group of varying backgrounds and perspectives came together in 2009 with a plan to focus on residential, commercial, and recreational real estate in the Fraser Valley. Since then, we have established four divisions: Capital, Development, Construction, and Property Management. The synergies created by this fully-integrated approach keep our vision, timelines, and budgets streamlined.

Across all of our projects, location and lifestyle go hand-in-hand. You can see them intertwine in our bustling retail hub at Garrison Village; our colourful, meandering residential streets at Iron Horse; our university neighbourhood at Cinema District; and our idyllic lakefront retreat at Tobiano.
