Hi and welcome to my company! My name is Melanie and I'm passionate about HR. Some may ask why? And the answer is very simple I love watching employees and organizations thrive together.
A bit about me, I've been in HR over 10+ years. I was raised in a construction entrepreneurial family where hard work and efficiencies were rewarded and companies with those similar values, are who I enjoy working with the most.
Over my career I have extensive experience in HR leadership demonstrated in private industry, non-profit, family run business and government. Throughout these industries, I've consistently produced results that align strategically with an organizations goals with excellent recruitment, team engagement, succession planning, compensation reviews and leadership building.
